Excellent hotel, great location. Walking distance to the old town with lots of F&B choices and good Bordeaux vibe. The hotel room are spacious and very mordern, hotel staffs are super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the stay alot. This will be my destinated hotel every time I come back to Bordeaux!

The location is good ! Front desk service nice ! The room to hot and malfunction of AC The housekeeping service not super good ! Missing towels paper and not very clean bathroom The breakfast average for 5 starts hotel and also the seating area not very comfortable for proper breakfast ( seat to low )
